QuickBooks Training and Implementation We are Certified ProAdvisors in QuickBooks 2012, 2011, 2010, 2003 and Enterprise Solutions v12 and v11 and can implement, train and assist you with other add-ons, such as payroll or accepting credit cards, all designed to help your company operate more efficiently and effectively. Our intent is to train you to become independent and capable of eventually using QuickBooks without our assistance. We offer individual or classroom training and can save you up to 30% on the purchase of QuickBooks software.
Financial Reporting and Consulting Our firm offers a wide-array of reporting, such as compilations, reviews, special engagements, and agreed-upon procedures. We also assist in consulting, such as incorporating or acting as “controllership”. See more details under the Services section.

Tax Services

The firm offers extensive tax preparation, tax planning, and representation services for individual, corporate, fiduciary, nonprofit, and other entities. We possess over 17 years of tax preparation expertise, including three years with a Big Four accounting firm.

Reporting and Consulting Services

Our reporting engagements consists of compilations, reveiws, agreed-upon procedures and special engagements. We do not perform audits.

Our consulting services consist of business and management advisory consulting. We can assist you in starting your own business. This includes guidance on how to establish your entity (e.g., sole-proprietorship, S-corp, LLC, partnership, etc.). We provide you with the financial and legal implications associated with the decision on how to best establish your company. We also aid, as needed, with creating your company including the formation of your company with the Division of Corporations for the State of Georgia, the IRS, and the Georgia Department of Revenue. These institutions would be needed for such things as incorporating, entity classification with the IRS, sales tax required to collect (if applicable), and payroll withholding (if applicable).

We also provide management advisory services and can assume a temporary role of accounting manager or “controllership” while searching for a new hire. We can also aid your new business by establishing policies and procedures needed to insure a functional, efficient, and secure accounting department. Such examples would be giving only authorized users of accounting software the privileges needed to accomplish their tasks, establishing documenation procedures, and flow of activities within the accounting department, as well as other departments as they relate to the accounting department.

QuickBooks Implementation and Training

We are Certified ProAdvisors in QuickBooks 2011, 2010, 2003 and Enterprise Solutions v9 and can implement, train and assist you with other add-ons, such as payroll or accepting credit cards, all designed to help your company operate more efficiently and effectively. Our intent is to train you to become independent and capable of eventually using QuickBooks without our assistance. However, should you either not feel comfortable with entering information or not have the desire to do so, we can assist you on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or even annual basis ot help you maintain excellent books that can aid you with the excellent reporting features that QuickBooks provides you with to help you grow your company and become better-informed about your company.
